Tea works. The first time I took it I went to the bathroom within four hours. I was amazed, however, the second time it was about 6-8 hours before I went. I’ll still use it going forward. Just be sure to drink enough water so that you don’t cramp up when the time comes to release it all. I say drink it in the afternoon so you can go before bed and not be woken up at 3am in pain having to go. (I do think the more fluid you intake the sooner you be able to go to the bathroom).
