Great battery life, it’s lightweight easy to use and easy to set up. Seems durable. Definitely worth the price

Had for about two months, love!
I am very happy with my laptop. I had an older model of this computer and love my Lenovo. This one is not a touch screen, which I was very pleased with (I didn’t want it to be touch screen and was worried since it didn’t say “yes” or “no” it wasn’t a touch screen). It runs well and I have not had any issues with it as of today. I’m not using it for gaming or anything overly complex. Just using it for Cricut crafting and watching videos. It had a nice battery life, I like that the backlit keyboard is optional and I think the slim design is nice. Would recommend to anyone needing a day-to-day laptop for college or work.

Tough laptop for people on a budget
This is simply the best laptop within this price range you can buy, its durable, sturdy chasis, backlit KB, and Ryzen 5 more than making up for its dismal 8Gb RAM (over 5Gb sequestered by Windows 11!). Once you get rid of the bloatware, it becomes a fast booting, snappy little machine and will remain so if you keep its use restricted to basic MS Office tasks, browsing, and watching movies/shows. For gaming and media creation, you'll need to spend a prettier buck than the $379.99 price tag.7/5/24 Update: Dropped one star after encountering the dreaded "Bitlocker Conundrum" which plagues many users these days. Took a whole afternoon to find the right tutorial to disable it via Command Prompt as most of the "easy" solutions peddled by many do not work.

SLIM YET POWERFUL LAPTOP
I love this laptop. The setup is easy for a tech-challenged user like me. It's extremely lightweight, yet has all the bells and whistles needed for remote work as a Financial Analyst and for online bookeeping. I shopped around for the lowest price, and Amazon beat their competitors by at least $50. I don't do gaming or web design, so the specs are sufficient for me. You won't regret buying this laptop.

Great Buy!
I was in great need of updating my old laptop, but I was hesitant to buy a new one since I hadn’t set up a new computer in quite a while. I need to be able to run Quicken software and tax software, but I otherwise need just basic email and surfing, etc. This computer turned out to be perfect for my needs at a very reasonable price. It was very easy to set up and everything was up and running in a little over a hour. I was really sorry I dragged my feet about getting a new laptop for such a long time!

Amazing Laptop
Amazing product. Build quality is bold and secure, keyboard is sturdy and springy, touchpad extremely responsive and accurate. Best mini-computer I've had in years.

Pretty good laptop
OK so there's more pro's than con's so I'm just gonna list the con's.1. Bitlocker when you power it on requires you to enter your bitlocker key (and this is every time you shut it down)2. It doesn't stay charged for very long. I usually keep mime plugged in so it's not dead when I need to use it. However it does charge up extremely fast.Overall it's a good computer for the price.

Works until the required updates are loaded
Looks good out of the box. Specifications are ok. Price isn't bad. It worked fine out of the box. The updater Lenovo built into the unit called for a whole list of updates that it said need to be installed. The updates finished loading and called for a restart. When the unit restarted a blue screen came up that said Bitlocker requires a 64 character key to unlock it. Check the Lenovo faqs. It's a known issue. Reached out to support because this is a brand new machine with an issue. Waisted more than an hour with Lenovo support. Then the support person said you need to work with our software support team. They can work this out, but it will cost you $69 for that support. They explained that the new equipment warranty only covers the hardware. The software the included on the machine comes with no warranty through Lenovo unless you spend the $69 for that level of support. Amazon tried to reach out with me to Lenovo and still no help from Lenovo. The security key can be obtained from Microsoft if you put in a bit more time. You can disable the built in Bitlocker security. The blue screen will come back up and require the 64 character key will need to be manually reentered after the next update if you don't disable Bitlocker security. Just wanted to let prospective buy know what awaits them if they buy this unit.
