Is uhu hart glue water resistant? what about heat resistant?

Glued parts should not continuously be exposed to temperature above 70°C. I believe this to be water resistant.

Can it be used on Fabrick? Or all purpose one is better?

No this is a balsa wood cement - i would try the all purpose one

Whats the difference between this hart uhu and normal one please?

i got this to help my grandson build a diorama in balsa wood and matchsticks of WW1 trenches. The description said it was for small parts and dried as a film reinforcing weaker structure. It did in fact do this, I think it was a thicker consistency and less runny than the normal UHU . I hope this helps.
