Great for running, even at high speeds.
I haven’t used my headphones or AirPods since I got this. I love it. Very snug and works well for answering calls. I’m able to listen to my workout music in the gym, very loud and clear even with the gym speakers blasting. I love the colour very much. The tap button feature is okay too.The make it high quality and it has good range. Very easy to use. The colour just tops it off for me.

Tough little earbuds
On my second pair of these earbuds. And not because the first pair was defective. Lost one of them at work, found again broken in half... glued it back together two times and it kept on working for another 6 months. The other earbud went through an entire wash cycle, still works but cuts in and out. So ordered another pair and they work just as wonderful as the old ones. They hold their charge for a very long time. I've never had one run out before I put it back in the box. They connect fast and have a long range from source. Good, reliable earbuds for a decent price.

NEVER use assistant!
Pros:They're great headphones with decent bass for their tiny size. The buds are good for both a wide variety of music, books and podcasts. Good noise isolation while driving or in a busy gym. Works well while exercising and in the sauna. (And no, the sauna didn't heat the bud's casing to dangerous temperatures, but I only do it for 10 minutes at a time so YMMV. You can even wear them to sleep if you're not a side sleeper. Fantastic battery life. Great performance for the price. You can even buy a new charging box on their website for $20 if you lose it.Cons:Sometimes they start to shift around in your ears when you get super sweaty and you have to take a second to readjust them for maximum performance. The only time one fell out something had to hit the top of my ear in order to dislodge it, so that isn't too bad. What's terrible is the earbud's assistant. I turned it on by accidently tapping the left earbud twice. A terrible cringy Pride month ad started playing at a painful, headache inducing volume. I couldn't turn it off until I removed the buds and shoved them back in their boxes to trigger the automatic shutoff.I paid $45 for these earbuds. They shouldn't play ads, much less force political pandering onto their audience. As an asexual, I find this kind of nonsense highly insulting. I wear headphones/earbuds to get away from the bull, so I've deducted one star.Buy these earbuds if you like a good product for a reasonable price, just don't turn on assistant. Wearing a product is enough of an ad for the company. It's fundamentally wrong to drown your audience in even more ads for a product they've already paid for.
