I swear by these bronchostop pastilles. They're made of thyme extract, which has a better flavour than the overly sweet or lemony alternatives in my opinion, but it's definitely not to everyone's taste. The strips in this pack tear in half so you can carry them in your wallet/purse and that half strip of 5 will last you all day if used as directed. If I ever have a cough that's doing my nut in, I'll take one of these and forget about it for the next few hours. 100% recommended.

They work and taste nice

First discovered these when I was sick in London. They work really well! So glad we can get them in the states. Very strong thyme flavor which I love and it really helps keep my coughing to a minimum. I stick it to the top of my mouth and make sure its really stuck and sleep with it melting in my mouth all night. They really help! Highly recommend!

Bronchostop really helps soothe your cough whether it’s just a tickle or a deep cold/flu cough. Taste is different but not medicinal I personally like the taste. I would buy again and I am recommending this product

These work super well. Nothing would make my lingering cough go away. It just kept going for months. A friend let me try just one sleeve while I was on vacation and by the time I got to the last one, my cough was completely gone. I thought the taste was fine. I hate super sweet cough drops so these were good for me. They are a bit gelatinous and not hard like typical drops. I just sucked on it till gone and that was it.

Calms my wife's tickling throat better than anything else she has tried. Soft and soothing and she likes the natural ingredients.

I buy these in England and so back on the us it was worth ordering as no other pastilles seem to work as well, thyme herb based.
