I had done much shopping prior to purchasing a vibration machine and a lot of research as I did not wish to get something I was not happy with however when I finally made The Choice to purchase the RS 3200 I was glad that I did so.

Great Machine, My wife and I have had the RS3000 for three weeks now using it every day. It is very quiet and it's construction is very sturdy. I have looked at other machines that cost more and they do not compare to this one. It was very easy to assemble taking less than 30 minutes the directions were easy to follow as well. We find the 10 minute work out time goes by fast with no effort on our part which is so much nicer than going to the gym which takes a minimum of 2 hours. I have been using the machine 2 times a day.

It is a wonderful machine to lose your fat. Great supplier!

I am approaching 70 and this is the perfect exercise machine for me. This type of product was originally developed by NASA and I first used the product before Cool-sculpting. The idea is that the vibration causes your muscles to contract and as a result your body begins to tighten and weight loss also takes place.

ASSEMBLY DIRECTIONS LEFT A LOT TO BE DESIRED. OVERALL, IT WAS AN EASY ASSEMBLY. OPERATES VERY SMOOTHLY AND IS EASY TO USE DAILY. GRAPHICS ARE RED COLORED BUT BUTTONS ARE HARD TO READ.

Four bolts were missing, they were hard to replace. The wires from the plate to the control panel came separated. I had to take the plate apart and fish the wires out. Other than that it seems to be fine.

I ONLY HAVE ONE PROBLEM. THE RIGHT SIDE MAKES A GROUNDING SOUND WHEN YOU PUT TOO MUCH WEIGHT.

I LOVE this vibration platform with its sleek design! I have been using it now for just over a week. Of course, too early to see results, but definitely is giving me more energy. Now I wish I had bought this earlier.

I was familiar with vibrational exercise machines in the past. The price was exceptional that I received on the Rock Solid and it has performed to my expectations once I started to use it.
