Very easy install. Decent finish on product minus one little ding on the outside surface of mounting gasket.Just an FYI for anyone buying this item. The bolts that come with the kit are to long. If you try to tighten the bolts down properly they will snap and you’ll have a headache. I’m a mechanic full time so I quickly noticed this before any damaged happened so I used the bolts from the original housing and it worked out just fine.Pay attention!!!

I have a 2014 Buick encore and noticed coolant leaking from the original plastic part. The new part came in quickly and it took me less than an hour to replace. Watch on YouTube on how to replace GM should’ve used metal instead of plastic! Works great. The tool they provided in the package to take the clips off. Worked really good too.

I installed this in my 2015 Buick Encore and started seeing leaks from both the sensor and top connection back to the expansion tank after only a couple of months. These are both seals retained with a wire retaining clip. Seems that either the seal or geometry is not designed correctly. This is marketed as a premium after-market replacement, but sealing should be a very fundamental function of the part.

The quick connect fitting on the aluminum needs a better o ring the one that it comes is to small the fitting is lose and when cooling system is under pressure it leaks

Works good. Had to put a couple of washers on each bolt cause they was a little too long.Good product.
