Such a disappointment
The material is cheap and nasty . The picture contained on Amazon appears a suede like fabric .I am so disappointed.

Christmas present for friend who is difficult to buy for said product was too soft I don't think there was anything wrong with the back rest but she's a larger person so that might have something to do with it.can't complain as full refund was given with great communication from seller who tried to sort the issue out.
