Easy to Wire, attractive in use
No need to wrap the wires around tiny screws. The ground connection uses a hollow post for inserting the wire with a screw to tighten it in place. The Neutral or white wire, (called "W" on the face of the plug) is slid in behind the plate, and the screw tightened against it. In the same way, the Hot or black wire is connected to the plug blade called "Z" on the plug face. There is an internal plastic clamp which uses two small screws to tighten against the cable jacket, all hidden by the external cover.I'm going more into the internals of this plug because of how refined it is versus similar plugs I've used in the past. It's very similar in shape and appearance to a molded on plug.The price is very attractive, too. I think I've paid as much for one of the older equivalent as three of these guys cost!

Good product, easy enough to wire
I bought these to shorten up the power cords that came with my 8 foot LED tube lights. Works great, a bit fiddle to wire but no more than any other plug end. I bought a second pack to do the same job on a different set of lights.

No screw to connect ground wire
Connections for hot and neutral wire is good, ground does not have a screw to connect wire.
