Sharp doesn't cut it. This cuts it. I cut myself to ribbons on Christmas day. Should have asked Santa for more plasters. Really good piece of kit. Buy it. You won't be disappointed.

Rusted within one week
Although very, very sharp, these knives began to rust after one week of use! I took pics, sent them to Amazon and got my money back without issue.

Top Notch
Cannot say enough about these knives. They are beautiful and sharp Easy to handle, well balanced and easy to maintain. ALWAYS hand wash and dry immediately, or they will rust. The weight is perfect for assisting in doing the work, handle is shaped well to not tire in long prep. This is a lifetime investment and should last to the next few generations with proper care.

Top quality knives!
High quality kitchen knifes. Out of the box they were sharp, but after I sharpened them a little, they revealed their true nature… made to last a lifetime, and they are truly beautiful. Also, the price of this set varies a lot. If you check regularly, you might be just as happy as I am with your purchase. 😁
