I recommend this British Made wheel protector for your vehicle. The product is made well, it's tough, durable and can take a beating when installing them on your wheels. Follow the directions and watch a install video on YouTube to get familiar on how to properly install. Use the correct tools- plastic hammer, use plenty of soapy water for lubrication when hammering it on to your wheel. Ensure the tire is completely deflated if you choose to do it while on jacks with wheel/tire installed on the vehicle.

I have expensive wheels on my BMW which are susceptible to curb rash. For $100.00 they protect my wheels from curb rash. I have had then on for 2 years. One of the protectors was not installed correctly and needs to be replaced. The installer is installing it tomorrow for free. I had to buy 4 protectors and only use one but I may need them in the future. Wheel repairs are $250.00 at BMW so these were a no brainer.

Solid product...very tough... took some time to install, not as easy as I thought it would be. The glue that was included was dried up and unusable, so I couldn't glue on the small gap cover.. I will need to find a suitable glue replacement elsewhere.

Installation is easy if you carefully follow the instructions. However, don't expect too much protection from curb rashes. My alloy wheel did not survive a recent incident. All this product offered is a false sense of security.

I bought these because my wife kept damaging the M sport rims (with low profile tires) on her 2022 BMW X5. We had the rims repaired and repainted twice in 3 years. I thought this product was more expensive than other similar related products, but I didn't want to cheap out and get something that did not look nice and serve its purpose. I just got done installing this product, and I am very happy with the outcome. They look seamless with the rims and were not overly difficult to install. Just press in one of the ends in with your hand and start hammering away with a rubber hammer/mallet working your way around the rim. Don't align the product around the entire rim before you start hammering. The product will self align as you go around with the rubber hammer. Just press the starting end in with your finger and start hammering. Cut the excess product where the two ends meet. I would recommend cutting off the piece that extends a little beyond the end of the product as I found it unnecessary and the ends align better without it. I would also recommend hammering hard. I took it easy with the rubber hammer at first thinking I didn't want to damage the rim or the product, but I found the product went in easy when I hammered hard. I realize now that the rubber hammer wasn't going to damage the rim or the product. You need a rubber hammer, a jack, and an air pump to inflate the tires when you are done. I doubt I am going to have to look at curb rash on my wife's rims again. I'm very happy with this product, and I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of installation.

These rim protectors can work if they are properly installed, but I can't figure out who installs them properly. They do break apart and have damaged my car multiple times, with one time removing the side camera on my Tesla, which was expensive to replace. The product is also extremely challenging to install. It has these tiny clips that come with it—called the grippers—that have to be installed by the user. I don't know why they don't pre-install them. It is just a product that is not designed for ease of use. I would not recommend buying it because most mechanics aren't trained, and most larger shops don't want to touch them. Only buy it if you have a shop who can commit to installing it properly.

These are a great solution for hiding rim rash!! The black is perfectly color matches to my room color and once they are in place they are not sliding off.

The product is made well. It just wasn't the color I was looking for it to match my car
