Happy with the product
I am not a heavy user instead an average user. Does the job as promised. Well thought out product. Heats up fast and assembly is fast and practical. I use it for styrofoam and expanding foam model making and it has saved a lot of time and reduced errors.

Does the job
It actually did work and got the job done but the straight cutter for some reason just stopped working mid job and had to use the curved option and straightened it out in order to cut. The straight tool was the one I liked. The curved tool with thin wire was best but hard to cut large items. Might purchase a better brand next time for other projects.
