It’s very durable and has a sleek look, the leds are covered by this frosted piece of plastic so it looks very high quality. It has some weight to it but it’s okay because it comes with brackets and everything to set it up, there is no adhesive backing that comes With it.

I bought the light tape and set it up the way I wanted. I tested it out once in place and it looked great. When I put it outside (because it was supposed to be weather proof) it immediately stopped working. I had even covered the connections with electrical tape and covered the plug. Very disappointing and a waste of time and money.

It came without power source as it was clarified on the listing. I used one of my old LED strip power source with the right plug. Worked like a charm.I also used thick two sided 3M red tape strip to secure the strip to bottom of my shelves. Cut it into small pieces and place an inch wide tape pieces every 4-5 inches. So far strip is holding.One potential issue is that led strip gets hot toward the beginning where power is provided about 3 feet. I am not sure how it is going to effect the tape in long term.I removed the cap from the end once I used the right size since strip was longer than what I needed. Then after cutting strip to right size, I put the cap back. Easy.Price was right for this type of led strip. Just know that if you don’t have one laying around you may have to spend $12 to get the right power source which is needed. Amazon has plenty of them with Prime. I recommend you order both at the same time.Overall I recommend this product. If i have any issues, I will update my review.

Works great! I spelled out my daughters name with the light and she was in love. Very bright and not dull at all. Has great length for whatever design you want.

Great for the outdoors, nice and bright. Indoors it would be too much for direct viewing. Used cable ties to lash it to outdoor metalwork.
