Tangy and Sweet
I use this on grilled cheese sandwiches and it adds the perfect amount of acid. I like it best with Havarti, but a sharp cheddar also works. I also have been known to put this on a baked potato. I am not sure if there is a culturally correct way to use this, but I find that it is much different than tomato jam that I have encountered in the past. It is delicious, and well worth buying if you are in the market for such an item.
