My right shoe has been making my heel hurt. It would start hurting and I would have to get off my feet. The insert have made a big difference. It cushions my heel and allows me to stay on my feet. The insert stays in place. Works great!

I bought another brand on amazon which did not work well at all. As soon as I put the shoes on, the heel cushion came off right away because the adhesive was not strong enough to stick. I decided this give this brand a try and immediately, I like how it feels already. This brand has a soft padded cushion, whereas the other brand I bought, is just a flat plastic strap. Hopefully, the adhesive on this brand holds up. Will update my rating if anything changes.

These heels liners make it possible for me to finally be able to wearmy brand new shoes. 2 pair I couldn't wearbecause I have such a narrow heel that shoes will slip up and down on my foot. I paid a lot for these shoes. Now thanks to the liners I am able to wear both pair. If narrow heels are keeping you from wearing some shoes you should try these heel liners you will be glad that you did.

So far they’ve held up great and allowed me to keep my expensive shoes that were killing my heels.
