I noticed a big difference with the amount of bloating and gas about an hour after taking them. I now take them daily to avoid bloating, gas, discomfort and there is a noticeable difference. really helps with digestion, take a few of these before a large meal and sometimes after if I forget and I feel a difference. They taste great and are sugar free as well
