rated as one of the top car seats during crash tests by baby gear lab in 2025!
Super great travel system! Really easy base install. It has the click tight system, which really saves my body from getting in awkward positions to tighten the straps. Car seat looks high end, and appears well made. It is super comfy, and the newborn inserts are so easy to throw in the wash! Intuitive design, easy to use, and most of all, this was rated as one of the top car seats during crash tests by baby gear lab in 2025!

Works wonderfully and is beautiful!
Amazing car seat stroller combo! This is my first child and my husbands third and it is easy to take apart and put together and to change from infant to toddler. The carseat is user friendly and the fabric and exterior are super supportive and comfortable for baby. It is also GORGEOUS looking and smooth to push. The wheels ride smoothly and the brakes are very secure.

Love it!!
So first of all, great price and fast shipping! I literally researched strollers day and night for a week!!! I was dreaming about strollers! I wanted something comfortable, that could face the world or me, had a snack tray for my 6 month old and cup holder for me. Hubby requested a taller handle because he’s 6’3”.. it also needed to be easy to fold and not too heavy. I didn’t want to spend more than $200. Well this stroller checked every single box for us! It’s a little more than 200 but that’s okay! It’s beautiful, well built, sturdy and was so easy to put together!! It’s large and roomy and I feel like my son is safe in it! Over all amazing buy! I definitely recommend

Good not great
The only issue we’ve had the last 6 months is that the seat sometimes gets hung up in the base. Other than that it’s been great,

Love and Goegeous Color!
Love! The color is amazing and was just what I wanted. I tried to buy this through Target and this color combo was consistently sold out so I was so happy to find it on Amazon! The features are great and offers just what you need as a new mom or second time mom like me. We have had some issues lately with the car seat latching onto the base and unlatching with more force than usual but I think I just needed to play with it and get use to taking it in and out. This seems to keep our little guy safe and he seems so comfy in it! It is sturdy yet light enough (for now) for me to carry and love the stroller! Can’t wait to use the bassinet feature! Well worth the money! Assembly was easy and it seems very sturdy and secure overall.

Disappointing Purchase
I purchased the Britax Willow Brook S+ Baby Travel System six weeks ago for my infant, and I’m experiencing significant buyer’s remorse. While this system seemed to offer better value at first, in the end, it’s costing me a lot more money and it has several major drawbacks. First, the stroller’s mobility is severely limited—the wheels frequently get stuck, making it difficult to turn and cumbersome during walks. Additionally, although the stroller includes a toddler seat, there’s no way to convert the car seat into a bassinet. Since infants shouldn’t sleep in car seats for longer than 30 minutes, this creates a problem for longer outings where you might want to sit for lunch or coffee while your baby naps safely. In an attempt to solve this problem, I discovered that Britax offers a separate bassinet insert, but I’m currently waiting for customer service to confirm compatibility with my specific model. Even if it is compatible, the insert costs an additional $200—a significant expense for a stroller I already find disappointing. In hindsight, I should have spent the extra money upfront on a highly-rated stroller system that includes a convertible bassinet or compatible insert and offers better maneuverability. By trying to save money on a less expensive brand, I’ll likely end up spending considerably more when I eventually replace this system entirely.

Cute and easy to travel with but...
It's a simple and cute travel system. I love how the carseat looks expensive. However, it's not comfortable for an infant. The padding at the head is not ideal for keeping the baby's head in place. I had to replace the whole insert with something else. I was hurting everytime I saw my baby's head and neck cracked to the side and hanging out. The handle on the stroller started peeling off like after using it maybe only 3 time in the 1st few weeks of my daughter's birth. Now I have to spend money to remove it because it makes the whole set look cheap when you have a peeling arm rest. They should use leather or a more durable handle not the foam. I wish I went with the Maxi-Cosi or a more expensive travel set. I haven't used the stroller yet my daughter is only 2 months now but the insert I bought for the carseat fits well in the stroller too. Overall I like it but I wished I went with something. I would save money in the long run. UPDATE I'm so upset with the carseat and frame, I almost abandoned it at a doctor visit today. The junk has been getting stuck, daily. Not the little stuck after 2 or 3 attempts it released the carseat, no; the type of stuck where you have to remove the baby out the carseat, lay her down, shake the hell out of the set, flip it upside down multiple times before it release the carseat. This can take over 15-20 minutes while you are outside in a parking lot. It's so embarrassing. I really wish I went with a better stroller/ carseat. My baby is not even1 years old yet.
