Most of the unflavoured creatine powders I have tried, leave a weird aftertaste when mixed with my pre-workouts so for me I decided to buy these capsules. My first impression was that there was no aftertaste whatsoever and they were very easy to swallow.I did my research before buying and what I liked about Strike is they don’t hide their serving size. These capsules aren’t too big and 4 per serving isn’t too bad since I’ve seen some brands make you take 6 just to get the same 3g of creatine intake. If you want an alternative to powders, this is a great option for sure.

These creatine capsules are a nice change for me as I am used to taking the powder. I split the dose, taking 2 before my workout and 2 after. They are tasteless, easy to swallow, and perfect if you're on the go. As a personal trainer I have looked into how creatine effectively enhances muscle performance and delivers noticeable gains. Works like any other creatine monohydrate product. Dosage easy to measure and consume. I use the capsules instead of flavoured creatine powder with water. I consume the same amount of water and don’t have to worry about getting the dosage wrong. The coating on the pills seems to be fine unlike some others which I have used in the past which have given me an itch.

I like how they are small capsules, and they were easy to digest compared to other creatine supplements I’ve taken-because it’s in the form of a smaller capsule. I’ve also noticed a huge improvement in my performance at the gym since taking these capsules so I would highly recommend!

theres only one downside and thats that there arent enough for a full creatine cycle, however, they do work and i managed to increase strength by a decent amount whilst taking these. i would recommend if you want creatine in a pill form.

Loved these little capsules. A good size. I travel a lot but progress matters to me, so being able to take these capsules with me abroad is pretty ideal. Good quality and good value!
