Q: do these dust caps corrode

No These do not corrode and I have had these on my mountian bike which I use daily when commuting to work been on my bike for over 2 years now they are also an anti deterrant if your having issues if some one is letting tyres down on your transport.

Q: Would they fit a Lexus rh450 ?

I believe that they will fit any tyre valve, but make very sure that you read the instructions on how to fit them and tighten them up, if not they will come loose and fall off as one of mine has.

Q: Will these fit range rover wheels?

Hi G..., Mine were purchased in '13 (See Review) for my then Ford Focus, subsequently fitted to my Fiesta. Most tyre valves are of a standard size so these will probably be okay for your vehicle.

Q: Mine is stuck on and I can't get it off. Any suggestions please?

Yup that's what happened to mine the aluminium reacts with the tyre valve assembly thread. So I pulled the top off and used some thin nosed pliers and a dremel cutting disc and pulled the casing off very carefully the tyre valve threat was fine. The alternative was the get the tyre fitters to replace the valve and rebalance the wheel. So it depends on your competence I suppose. Very poor manufacturer material choice. A have gone back to the rubber with brass thread inset. Hope this helps
