Possibly better than Ayotu Non glare protectors, noticeably sharper image Liked: Lot of thought went into the install video and install procedure: You are given 2 soft cloths, one scotchtape type adhesive to remove any stray specks of dust settling at the last moment, and 3 stickers to help you align the shield easily and accurately. DO WATCH THE INSTALL PROCEDURE VIDEO. AND DO FIGURE OUT WHICH WAY THE FINAL STICKER TO PEEL OFF THE BACKING FILM IS SUPPOSED TO GO> THIS IS VITAL. Liked: Oleophobic is a must and brilliant, more important than non glare in my opinion. Note: I have used both the non glare Ayotu shields and Supershieldz, and I can live with the reflections for the extra crisp text the Supershieldz product offers. But not on the beach at noon with the sun overhead. You are going to suffer as with any tablet. In fact the Protector gives the Oasis a distinctly tablet type look. IF you want more of a paperback experience with the 2019 Oasis (Using the amber backlight to give the paper a warmer tint), you may want to go non glare. The Ayotu protectors were the only non glare glass ones I could find, and seem to be unavailable. Disliked: Could not figure out which way the sticker to peel the backing off should go on, so I ended up with a reversed protector and the adhesive side facing up instead of down. Fortunately all went well and I simply flipped the shield over and actually got quite a good alignment without the stickers to help in the process Disliked: I intially ended up with a large bubble under the glass due to my install error mentioned above and spent an easy twenty minutes of rubbing with the cloth to work it out. However, after that everything was flawless. Part luck, part very good adhesive and quality components which helps achieving this. A product worth your money.

Before installing the shield, I watched the youtube video the seller posted and it was very helpful. I was able to place the shield properly, eliminate any streaks or dust and press out any bubbles. It fits perfectly, does not interfere with the magnet on my case and appears to be as touch sensitive as before installing. After cracking a previous screen with a minor drop, I wanted something to protect my new one and preferred a tempered glass product. As some have noted, there is a gloss to the product that I don't care for, but it is a minor issue and I got used to it easily. Unlike some other posters, I had no problem eliminating bubbles. I think if you watch the video and follow the instructions closely, you will not have any problems. Great product and I am very satisfied.

Very easy to install and good quality. This protector is very clear and feels nice to the touch compared to a plastic protector. I will admit there is a slight glare and now a reflection of my own face whenever I am reading. On the bright side, my kindle now doubles as a mirror when I have it locked hahaha. I had an older plastic screen protector on my kindle when I first got it. Sure, it had less glare on it but definitely made it seem like I'm reading my kindle looking through a couple layers of saran wrap. Huge quality of life improvement for me. :)

I knew going into this purchase that there are pros and cons with any screen protector. With plastic, you can lose touch sensitivity. With glass, you increase glare/smudging. Without either, your screen is exposed to scratches, dings, and breakage. It's really up to individual choice, but for me, protection is of the most importance; I'd rather protect my device from damage and increase its longevity, even if that means some compromises. After reading many reviews on many similar products, I settled on this brand of screen protector. Lifetime-guarantee ballistic glass has served me well with past phones: once, I dropped my phone from a great height and shattered the glass screen protector, but it saved the actual screen. So far, I stand by my choice in this product. Installing these glass screen overlays is always tedious & tricky. No bones about it. However, the included "alignment stickers" actually did seem to help me install the screen in the right spot to avoid re-positioning, even when they came unstuck from the screen halfway through. Dust-free is virtually unheard of in my 11-animal home, yet somehow I even managed to avoid ANY trapped dust particles or blemishes on the very first try. What I'm getting at is this: if you follow the provided instructions, clearly, they've got a system that works. It may take a bit of doing but you can install this successfully without ruining your Kindle or your screen protector. The end result is a perfect fit for my device. The glass has cutouts to avoid inhibiting use of the buttons, and the edges all fall within a hair's breadth of the outside edge of the screen. So far, I see nowhere for dirt to accumulate under any edges. It adhered well, and even the most tenacious bubbles that I was afraid would remain a problem miraculously disappeared after a few hours. The edges of the glass are smooth. I have full touch-screen function without compromise and without rough edges to catch my fingertips. However, as expected, the glass is shinier than the OEM glass Oasis screen, which does add some glare. I have tried reading both with and without the backlight without any problems, so I personally found the glare nominal and not a big deal. This particular screen protector also seems to be pretty smudge-resistant, as fingerprints aren't showing up nearly so badly on here as on the OEM screen from my old Kindle Fire, which always looked like the world's least colourful finger painting. All in all, this is about as good as a screen protector gets. It isn't the cheapest out there, but you do get two screen protectors, which you will likely never need as they both come with a lifetime guarantee, so you can give one to a friend. It's worth the expense, the installation hassle, and the slight glare in order to preserve your device's screen. After all, it's easier for me to ignore a tiny bit of glare when reading than it is to read through giant cracks! It's your call. I recommend this product for those considering any screen protector.

I recently dropped my KINDLE OASIS and cracked the glass. The cracks continued to grow and actually became a spider web in one quadrant. I could find no one to repair my kindle. So I bought the SuperShieldz protector to install over the broken glass to hold the pieces in place to restore the Kindle to a usable status. It was easy to install. The cracks are still visible but not hindering my reading. Some air is present along the crack itself but this is coming from below the kindle glass. I installed the second shield on wife's Kindle with no problems or air bubbles. It was very easy for an 80 yo individual. I used the alcohol swabs to clean the glass before installing the shield.

Works great. The screen lasts forever and I switched to a case without a cover. But I don’t take it with me everyday in my bag

A great cover for protection. I could see getting it for my phone. But not great for a kindle oasis or paper white, etc. since usually those are bought for their book-like screen. when I applied this cover to my kindle, it gave it the appearance of a glass screen with lots of glare, so I removed it.

I practiced the installation of precisely placing the shield onto the glass face about 8 times before peeling the adhesive film and placing it on. Practice did improve my precision of the final placement. I did well and was a precision fiton my first attempt. I had two dime size bubbles under the shield that took me 15 minutes or so to clear by squeezing them to the edges as per instructions. Overall very pleased with the installation process. I can only hope the shield protects as advertised. Time will tell. My rating and opinion of the shield product and install process is the highest. I am glad to have purchased and installed these quality protective shields onto my new OASIS product.
