Great quality, it works good to remove all the wrinkles, not too heavy so great for traveling. Heat up really quickly, its not too small but also not a big size. Easy to use, cord length is also good. Really like it. I took some pics, great packaging it was delivered without any complications.

I have been trying to find a travel steamer that is effective, portable and space-saving. It seems that I have had, at least, five or six "travel" steamers. Some too big, some too small, some that sputtered when steaming. It has been a mess trying to find the right one, that is UNTIL NOW!! This travel steamer is ABSOLUTELY the BEST steamer I have had in years. It fits in my hand so comfortably. It's ready to go so quickly and it's so easy to use. I carry my distilled water in a bottle with this steamer and I have no problems. I understand that it is "often returned" but not in my case!! Other customers write that it has a short life regarding its ability to steam properly. I haven't found that to be so thus far. The fact that it has a transparent water reservoir is a game-changer. Be careful to order the correct one because there is also another version without the transparent water reservoir. I just love, love, love this mini steamer. It's small but removes wrinkles quickly. Did I just say I love this steamer? Well, I do and hopefully you will, too.

This steamer is very well-made. I have not had any leakage. It heats up very fast so you don’t have to wait on it. The power cord is 6 foot long. I have no trouble with this. It is gentle on your clothes, but enough power to get it where you want it. It does work very well I have a dress that wrinkles very easy and it is now perfect the way it should look. I have a few steamers and this one is perfect for traveling and every day use. It only weighs 1 pound and comes with a travel pouch to store it in. I like that the reservoir is easy to fill and you don’t have to hold down a button to keep steaming. It fits comfortably in my hand and heats up pretty quickly. Even my teenager says it’s easy to use. It’s a good quality steamer that is worth the money.
