Excellent Product but poorly packaged
Excellent paper for pastels, unfortunately I had to weight it down for a few weeks before I could use it as it was poorly packaged so arrived curled at the sides

The paper is fine. But no idea when it would be delivered, left outside front door.

Delighted with Clairefontaine pastel mat sheets.
They are very good for coloured pencil for most drawings, better than the coloured pencil pads but if you are drawing an animal with fur you are probably better off with one of the CP pads or Bristol pad because I found fur didn't look that good on Clairefontain paper, it is OK if you are drawing something in the distance but a close up furry animal where you need to show the actual individual hairs, doesn't work so well.On the whole I am delighted with Clairefontaine paper though.

Bought these sheet to try them out, before committed to buying him. False economy for the price I paid for basically 2 1/2 sheets. You get twelve sheets in a pastel mat pad and for roughly the same price you would get seven extra sheets in the pad compared to only five sheets.

Is that an original pastelmat? Or a fake?
The packaging was not so good. The sheets arrived damaged on the corners. I am not sure if these are original pastelmat sheets. The price is too low comparing to Jacksons Art. Can anyone confirm to me that is an original product? It is my first time when ordered colored sheets.

Inappropriate box size
I am a professional artist, and that’s the delivery I have received. Such a fantastic quality of clairfontaine pastelmat is spoiled by someone who packed it in an extraordinary terrible way using the box size smaller that paper format.Very disappointing…
