This lock is perfect for our needs. We use it to lock our garage refrigerator. We have an autistic son who wakes up in the middle of the night so this keeps him from having soda in the middle of the night. Easy to set up and works perfect

Product stopped working after one year. Now I cannot charge it or even unbind it from the app! Too bad. Now there’s no one to call for help. No customer support. Don’t waste your money.UPDATE: upon seeing my review, the company immediately reached out to me and offered me my money back. I asked them to send me another product, which they did at no charge. I was impressed enough with it the first time around. I’m hoping the one they originally sent me was just faulty. Very happy with the outcome!!! Great company. Would be nice if they posted their phone number or contact information somewhere. Maybe they will in the future.Update 2: don’t buy second lock broke after one month. Left bike stuck at bike rack. The fingerprint lock has a low success rate, often failing during registration. You must position your finger exactly the same each time, which differs from typical practice where partial coverage suffices. This is especially problematic with fingers other than the thumb, as they often don’t cover the entire sensor, leading to frequent failures and making unlocking nearly impossible.

I purchased this lock to secure my stairs up to my deck of my above ground pool upright when not in use. The quality is great, the application and addition of fingerprints to unlock was simple, the size is perfect, and the performance of fingerprint recognition so far is above average compared to alternative options. It's easy to open and highly recommend as it's design can serve multiple locking purposes.
