Is this safe for color treated hair?

Yes it is. I color my hair and use this. Makes it soft and enhance the color

I looked the reviews and most of reviews are recommended to buy. I just don't know why after I used the bar shampoo, my hairs are rough and tangled u.

I first have to make sure my hair is completely detangled before washing. Also wet the bar thoroughly and your hair separately before starting to wash. I don’t vigorously scrub my hair but run the bar across areas that I shampoo and then gently wash; then rinse. If your hair is long you might try putting a detangling spray on the end to assist with combing out. Sorry you had a bad experience, this took me awhile to figure out. Don’t give up, it’s a great product!

Where is the conditioner? My hair is so tangled and breaking after washing.

I know right? My experience is that my hair is stiff afterwards and I know I won’t be able to brush through it so I have to use a separate conditioner.
