Too expensive for something you have to put together
I received this, and while the product states that it's shipped flat I was surprised that it's a kit where you literally have to put together every part of the decorations. If you just buy some string, tissue paper, and construction paper from the dollar store, it's likely you could pull this off for about $3. Not worth the price at all.

Cute but kind of a pain to put together.

Wrong color
Did not get 20 PCs and what I did get was pink. The only thing that had orange was the string of circles but that too include pink as well. Waste of money. Threw it out as it didn’t go with the party decor i was using.
