Such good flavor!!

This is a great powder to add to your pastas. I prefer adding it into my ramen as it enhances the flavor tremendously. Also great to add to mushroom Swiss burgers, casseroles and so much more!

Truffle mushrooms have a fragrance that can be described as oaky, nutty, earthy, sulfurous, or even slightly sweet with olive-like, savory notes, and the taste of truffles often mimics the way they smell in a lighter way.The contents of this bottle is a chocolate flavored powder with a bit of salt. I have tasted real truffles in France and this is not truffle mushrooms.I wonder if all the people who like it have really ever tasted real truffles.

Good quality

This was my first time trying this product; I had tried different makers before. This one sounded good because of the 20% real truffle claim, but there is hardly any truffle flavor.

This is now my go-to spice to use to add extra flavor to my food! Its way better smelling and tasting than truffle oil and easier to sprinkle over a nearly finished dish. Highly recommend!

What is great is that it is flavorful without being overkill where you can't taste your food anymore. This is especially good for when you don't have mushrooms on hand but want that touch of mushroom added to your food. I highly recommend it on pizza and salad.

Extremely disappointed. Opened the freshness seal and there was no scent to the powder inside. Anything truffle related practically knocks you back in a good way, this was nothing. Tasted a small amount, it tasted like carob powder with some salt, zero truffle flavor at all. Do not buy, this is a scam.
