Is the door glass tempered?

It is, but there was 2 window that had spots that were un frosted and damage in a lot of spots. I send it back. It came poorly packed and Amazon tape over large portions of the box. It's a soft material that it's made of.

Our master bath opening is 35" wide. Will the 36" one work or do I need to get the next bigger size?
