Well, I just received this heating pad late yesterday afternoon and used it last night. The product was packaged well, and the control is easy to use with good options on heat setting (in degrees F) and choices in length the pad will be on before shutting off. Soooo, based on that one night's use I rate the pad highly. The fabric especially has a good fell. This is a 17 inch wide one. My old heating pad is12 inches wide and I was constantly moving it around on my back as I sit in my recliner. This wider one is just perfect since I can place it on the back of my recliner, sit down and the pad covers my whole back so there is no shifting around needed. Overall, a good heating pad and large enough to fit my need for heat on my back while I read or watch TV. It has good levels of heat which you can choose from and different times in operation which you can also choose.

This heating pad is large and so soft and cuddly. Just the feel alone will make you feel better. It works great and the size of it is very effective to cover lots of space. There's no smell that I can tell. It works at all levels of heating and set times. It seems durable and a very good quality. Well worth it . I definitely recommend.

This is a really nice, high quality heating pad. It comes in a very nice, large size. The material is very comfortable. The color is beautiful. And the controls are quality made. It heats up perfectly, and you can control the temperature. I also like the way it rolls up and stays put with the two stretchy bands wrapped around either end with the cord tucked away in the middle. Very easy to store away.

So far this has been a great purchase! Heats evenly and is really awesome. It heats quickly and maintains a temperature that is consistent. Size is great and works great! Would highly recommend it to anyone!

I purchased for my daughter who is having back issues. She loves the large size and the soft fee. It has the timer and temperature controls which was the main reason for choosing this heating pad. It is easy to use and it great for pain relief. A good value! Will purchase one for myself.

The pad is so much better than the dinky little ones people used to use. It's flexible and soft and you can adjust from 30 min to 3 hr cutoff. You can adjust F° from 100 to 140. Very pleased and low power draw and quality workmanship. Other family want it so ordered another
