Backyard Waterpark with Splash Wheel, Dump Buckets for Kids Outdoor Water Play

LOVE this waterpark for my daycare! The kids look forward to Fridays to play! I received a broken piece and the company stayed communicating with me and we were able to get it replaced!

Yes it’s cheap. Yes it was a pain to assemble. Yes it kept popping apart. Did 10 neighborhood kids have a flippin blast with it during a heatwave? 100% yes. Will we use it again? Probably not. Was it worth it? Very much yes.

This backyard water park is a lot of fun for kids and was surprisingly easy to assemble. The instructions were straightforward, and everything snapped together without much effort. Once connected to the hose, the splash wheel and dump buckets kept the kids entertained and made for a great way to cool off on a hot day. My only complaint is that, since much of the structure is supported by plastic poles, it isn't the most stable. It can wobble or shift if kids get too enthusiastic during play, so it benefits from being used on a flat surface and with a little supervision. I also think it's priced a bit higher than it should be. While it's a fun product and the kids really enjoy it, I expected a sturdier build for the price. Overall, it's a fun outdoor water toy that's easy to set up and provides plenty of entertainment. If the frame were a little sturdier and the price a bit lower, it would easily be a five-star product.

Works like advertised, the water pressure is very good and the poles are stable, will buy again. My kids love running through it and having the buckets fall on their head. Easy to put together and take down. A must have for the summer and a good way to cool off from the heat.

Item didn't hold up through 2 water play uses. Very cheaply made. The connector that the hose connects to snapped right off the second time we went to use it. Living in an area that has had a wet/cool start to summer only permitted us to use it once before the return window closed or we would have returned it. It was an unfortunate waste of funds for this item. Disappointed that the AI chat bot tells me I'm out of luck and cannot return it. Do not buy; this is a waste of money.

Was super excited to get and put this together for a birthday party to only have the fitting that connects to the water hose not be strong enough or hold water from leaking. So this was a bust for me. The kids have not been able to use yet. Ill try some plumbers tape but feel like I shouldn’t have to be problem solving a new product.

I mean...is it worth $100. No. It is too wiggly jiggly and I thought it would be sturdier at that price. Also takes about 1.5 hours to put together. You get a box with a lot if poles and pieces in it. Instructions were good but not quick setup. Do the night before you want to use it. If the kids grab it too hard the poles pull apart and water goes everywhere. The kids did live the water buckets dumping on their heads 😄. If using on the grass you may have to move a few times to avoid mud pits. Just not what I expected but did the job.

We ordered this item and unfortunately it was missing one piece to complete. We contacted the customer service email with our issue and what part we needed and within 24 hours we got a prompt response apologizing for the inconvenience and the missing piece would be sent to us free of charge. Within less than a week the part arrived and we were able to complete the water park. It was a blast to enjoy this with my son! We are very happy with our purchase and blown away with the amazing customer service from this company. Thanks again!

Brought this for my 2 & 3 year old for Christmas. It is quite flimsy, it was good for the first week that it lasted. It can’t handle the Aussie heat I’m guessing 😂

This product started twisting and warping within weeks of getting it. Unfortunately being a busy Mum I didn't respond quickly enough and am out of time for a refund. It cannot cope with being stored outside in the sun, it takes a long time to get together so taking it apart on each occasion is not an option. My kids have not twisted these, this has happened as a result of it sitting in the sun, but where else would this product sit?
