Original review: Worked very well until the red USB port became detached from the board and ended up inside of the powerbank. Now it does not charge on any port and is slowly discharging itself, possibly due to the detached port causing a short inside the casing. Very good powerbank until this happened, but don't know if I was just unlucky.

Been very happy with this and the life it offers. Problem us fast charge in and fast charge out sits at about 11 watts and rarely goes above that using USB C to C. But as long as you don't mind it being a bit longer C to C than most chargers, it does the job

Quite reliable I use to change my phone on the go & powerbank battery life hold a lot of power I don't have to re charge it often I think twice since I bought it but that depends on user It is a little bulky & is bit heavy but it's not small

Update: Reached out to me following the feedback, totally unprompted, I had persued any replacement or refund. They sent a new power bank sent to me (no requirement to send back the temperamental one), very quickly. The new one seems to work perfectly and they have also given me a 12mth warranty on it too! Outstanding service! Thank you ❤️ New one seemed super fast charging my phone from 77% to 100% Updated review from 3 star to 5 star. Original issue: Works most of the time with a loads of charge to use on it. But occasionally seems to forget how to work and needs tod be connected to a charger very briefly to remind it what's purpose in life is, then works great again.

Bought this to replace my outdated power bank and I can say without a doubt it’s worth the money. I’ve found myself in a situation where I didn’t have any way of charging my devices other than this power bank and it’s been a lifesaver. From 100 percent it’s charged my Nintendo switch 2 from about 16 precent to 100 percent, and charged my iPhone 15 pro max from about 29 percent to 100 percent twice and still has about 48 percent remaining overall. The fact it supports fast charging provided you have correct cable is a plus. It’s little bit on the bulker side but it comes with a carry bag which helps with this. Can’t recommend enough. Great value for money

I wouldn't bother with this item. Firstly the ports. It comes with 3 USB-A (the big ones), 2x USB-micro (old fashioned D shape), and only 1x USB-C (the small ones). Considering how many devices use USB-C these days, that's just weird. Not only that but it claims to do Super fast charging (PD/QC), but using a cable and a ph(Theone that supports super fast charging on other devices, it won't do super fast charging. It also doesn't seem to accept super-fast charging on the input port. The input port is the USB-C port, so can't super fast charge and charge with a USB-C at the same time, so, back to weird choice of ports given that so many devices are USB-C. It is claimed that it has 30k mwh storage, but I have a 10k mwh battery which does super fast charging and will charge phones 5x, and weirdly the percentage on this device seems to drop so fast that it wouldn't support 15x charges to the same device. I would have returned it but it arrived the day before a holiday and it was bumped and banged around, so I'm going to accept it as a loss. I was hoping for a beefier version of my existing battery, but alas no. It is heavy, but without the benefits of being able to Quick Charge two devices at the same time. Not worth the money.

Very well built and designed battery pack. Lots of outputs and inputs and great shape and even comes with a carry case. Very happy with my purchase and great value for money.

Takes a while to fully charge but holds plenty when it is. Charged multiple phones from one charge

Using this very frequently. Can easily charge my iPhone 12 about 7 to 8 times. Within 30 mins you can see 45% changing to your mobile. Only defect is we can feel little heavy to carry this power bank

The VIYISI powerbank arrived safely and was in excellent condition when I received it. Right away, I was impressed with the overall appearance and feel of the powerbank. It is neither particularly small nor oversized, and it has a good amount of weight to it, which gives it a sturdy and reliable feel. The construction seems solid, while the simple design keeps it looking clean and uncomplicated. The selection of USB ports is another feature I appreciate. Having several ports gives me plenty of flexibility when charging different devices, and the powerbank can also be recharged through its ports, which makes it practical for everyday use. A nice bonus is the included fabric pouch. I really like having something to store the powerbank in when I take it with me. It makes transporting it more convenient and helps protect the powerbank from scratches and other minor damage. I tested the powerbank with several devices and everything worked as expected. The built-in display is especially useful because it shows the remaining battery level, so I can easily see how much power is still available without having to guess. What impressed me most was its ability to power my laptop. The power output is high enough to charge my acer laptop, which is a very useful feature when I am away from a wall outlet and need more than just a quick phone charge. Overall, my experience with the VIYISI powerbank has been very positive. It feels well built, offers plenty of charging options, includes a convenient carrying pouch, and has enough power to handle larger devices such as a laptop. Based on my experience, I would rate it 5 out of 5 stars.
