Nice earrings!
The earrings are nice. You can wear this with or without ear pierced. It is a bit heavy but good.

Looks awesome
It looks just like in the picture, but the clasp is weird. I get that they made this such that anyone who cosplays as Tanjiro (or just wants to wear his earrings like me) can wear it whether they have pierced ears or not, but it could have been a simpler design. It's either too tight or too loose. I can't seem to get that perfect fit.
