Pretty and nicely sized ottoman, but difficult to construct
The seller was great - delivered on time, quick turn around, etc. My issue is one of manufacturing - the directions aren't explanatory enough and the outlines aren't placed in exactly the right spots. So, it was not only very difficult to put together, but I'm having a terrible time opening and closing it. One side is rubbing against the legs. I lined up the boxes exactly, but I couldn't close it at all when I did that. I have moved the screws over twice, but couldn't get it in the exact spot for it to open and close easily. Other than that, it is very pretty, and has a decent amount of storage.

Good quality, difficult to build
Lovely ottoman just really difficult to fit the lid straight and I gave up on the hinges!

Nice looking item, just poor quality control at the factory in China
As per the other review from 2nd Oct. The communication and delivery was very good. The issue is with the item itself.The item is flat pack and needs assembly. But the pieces are not engineered correctly. The pre drilled hole alignment issue on the base can be worked around easily. But as with the other seller, however I adjust things. one side of the lid still rubs heavily against the Ottoman leg. Not only does it make it harder to open&close, but over time it will no doubt simply wear through the PVC.
