Bad packaging
This isn’t the first time I’ve ordered this shampoo. It works well if you have an oily scalp. It has a cooling effect which I find nice. My big problem is how the top broke. Typically they bubble wrap the entire bottle but this time it was just the top and of course it was broken. Makes it very inconvenient.

Lathers well, but pricey
This shampoo has a nice, herbal scent. It lathers well, rinses off easily, and leaves my hair clean and scalp refreshed. A bit on the pricey side, though.
