Missing piece support

I bought this puzzle for my mum all pieces were there. Maybe you need to request a refund from amazon I'm not sure what else u can do

What do I do if I’m missing one piece?

First of all check to see whether the missing piece is still within the original packaging and that it has not dropped on the floor or surroundings where you have been making the puzzle. If the answer is "no" then contact WSJ Product Ltd whose address is on the reverse of the jigsaw puzzle box.

Can you get these puzzles without the letters on the back of the pieces?

No, I don't think you can. I just ignore the letters.

Does it come with glue so later you can stick all together? Thanks

No . However, I have seen plenty of spray glues for sale. Personally I always tape the back rather than glue the image.
