This is a present for someone, who I am trying to distract from her everyday life stresses.I ordered it for her as it is something unusual (at least for her). It has three powerful messages.... and I genuinely hope through the painting process, they will be interiorised, and they will help create a positive attitude toward the challenges she has to face on daily bases;)Personally, I like it, as it provides an opportunity for discovering creativity (simply just following the numbers ;), and creating personalised memories (for boosting self-statement, whit the I can do attitude ;), which are displayable (and visible as an affirmation ;)...Honestly, I am strongly considering ordering one for myself too;)I would give multiple times ***** for it ;)

I've gotten from this brand before and found it great but this one is pretty bad. The print isn't dark anough so it makes it VERY hard to read the print and see where the lines are.Also the ink is weaker than before, it's runny and every colour will need a second coat as you can see the numbers through it. Given how intricate this painting is, it's not worth having to go over every spot so this one will be going in the bin which is a shame.

What I liked about this painting set was how well the way to use this was explained, especially for someone new to doing painting by numbers. The instructions, on the back of the box, are easy to understand and are accompanied by little pictures to demonstrate what they mean.The canvas does arrive creased so personally I try to make it as flat as possible, before I start painting. I always iron the canvas on the back, and it makes a tremendous difference. I don't iron the front.You get the canvas, 3 different sized paint brushes, small paint pots, which are numbered to correspond with the canvas, 2 small hangers and a small printed picture to show how it should look when completed.This is perfect for beginners. You will need regular water changes and a place to let the paints dry. It is best to just paint one colour and let it dry, for best results. Lovely picture. Very relaxing and enjoyable
