Excellent non emission (Marine)carburetor
Great carburetor works great good kit as long it's installed correctly using the right base gasket the correct vacuum fitting is needed and not over torquing it or installing it anything other than a general Criss-Cross pattern that's where most people go wrong wrong gasket over tighten it the whole wrong order and incorrect vacuum fittings just takes one thing wrong to kill it

Bolts on and Runs
Was very impressed, fully new casting and new internal. Does not look like a reman at all. Took fully apart to inspect and found the only thing it didn't have is the retainer spring for the float and needle, that's not needed as fuel will push the needle open and float will close again once full. I played around with the tunning after, but love that it comes with spare jets and jet tool. Is an exact copy of my Rochester carburetor just be warned there are no casting numbers or part numbers on this unit but if your replacing your carb and is the same can order all the parts for it. It is exactly the same as in the photos. Very impressed for the price.

Arrived Damaged.
Product arrived in a timely manner, but upon opening the box it smelled like gasoline. After closer inspection, I found a crack so now I'm in the process of returning it. I need the part, so I'll update the review once I purchase a new one. Hopefully the next one doesn't arrive damaged.

Very poor quality.
Very poor quality. Cheap material. The truck still would not run properly so we opened it to check. The gasket fell apart when the carburetor was opened. Should have returned but only had 30 days and I missed the deadline.

Works great.
Three this carb on my 1984 GMC 1 ton, 454, and she fired right up. Gonna need a little fine tuning, but it runs pretty good right out of the box!
