Edit: 6 months later it stopped working. The light is on, the power is on, the pump and filter are clean, will not pump water anymore. I kept it very clean so i didn’t know to do. BUT… i pulled out the little propeller from the pump and cleaned it really well. Now it works like its brand new. I can’t hear the water fountain. My cats instantly took turns drinking. They love this so much. Easy to clean and assemble.I have to check often to see if water level is low, but that shouldn’t be too difficult to keep an eye on. I read that it needs to be cleaned every 2 weeks but I’m not sure how often to change the filter. I will keep checking the filter every 2 weeks until I have an idea.

Have many cat water fountains for many kitties. This one is easily the best we've had. Easy to clean and kitties use them all the time. We keep back-up plain water bowls with them but our cats like the fountain the best. Clean water --- very important!

The cat fountain is great. My cars love it. The ease of putting it together. It is easy to clean

Received product in late October and it stopped working in mid February. Easy to use and my cats loved it, cleaning was simple and changing out the filters was easy. No indicator for when the water level got low, ended up adding a full cup almost every other day just in case. Came home this morning and it simply was just not working, water level was halfway full so the motor just died. Definitely a bummer.

I like this water fountain. But you should definitely clean it a lot more than every two weeks. And make sure to change the filters out because they get gross fast. You should also use filtered water because it gets clogged with my well water and I had to clean it so much more when iwas using the well water. Other than that my cats love it and use it quite often.

Very quiet, simple.. no visible water level access, very quiet, easy to assemble

This product is whisper quiet and water lasts for at least 2 weeks with a single cat.
