Frame is good but disappointed it did not come with a picture hanger i.e. Nothing attached to he back if the frame to allow you to hang it on the wall.Perhaps this was a problem specific to my frame which the supplier might be able to resolve...

I bought this frame for my mother who has severe neck drop and cannot wear a support collar. Through a UK charity working with donkeys and mules in The Middle East, she adopted a little donkey foal called Wotnot and they sent her a picture. HIs colouring goes beautifully with the pale blue and white framework and I placed it on the floor at a point where she can see it clearly. She absolutely loves it and it is a daily reminder of the good she is doing so that she feels she has a useful purpose - apart from being a wonderful Mum! The frame is a lovely gift in itself. There was no mount with this frame. There was a picture of a black mount printed on a piece of paper under the glass

Lovely frame and mount. I've purchased this about a week ago and it came very quickly, but the glass was completely shattered still in it's plastic wrap. I've reached Frame Company via the email address they've provided in the package, they shortly and very kindly offered to send us another glass (or plexiglass, which is what I chose) for our frame. Really appreciate their top customer service, will 100% be back and recommend them.

Great value basic frames to mount standard size art. I struggle to justify spending more on the frame than the print so these are perfect to cheaply add impact. Glass is also so much better than the perspex in the custom frames I’ve ordered online. The only downside is the amount of bubble-wrap required to ship. Will buy again from this firm

I have had a large number of these frames over the last few months. They are good value at the price but quality seems to vary from order to order. Seller is very helpful and helped me out when I needed frames in a hurry. There is a huge range of frames available and while they are not perfect, I will continue to use them as they are good value and supply is reliable, customer service is spot on.

I'll start by saying that good handmade frames are expensive. These are *fine* if you're just framing something for the office or the kids bedroom or something.I needed then to be matching and unfortunately they're not. One has no wall hanger. The one with the wall hanger has a back support that is too weak. It is actually bowing under the weight of the frame and is not able to hold the picture up at a good angle. It lies back at a strange drunken slope and feels like it might take at any moment. You can see in the photo how odd it looks!Also the corners of the frame are not very pretty. But again, you expect that in a cheap frame - not a problem if you're just framing generic stuff.I won't purchase again. I'll need to replace these ones but I purchased at the last minute so I don't have time to do that before I give the gift. I'll reframe after the birthday party with something a little studier.On the upside, they are glass and were very well packaged- obviously by someone who cares about getting them to the custody in one piece. Nothing was damaged and it felt very sturdy.
