More ginger than sorrel (hibiscus)
Bought to make the basis of rum punch (sorrel syrup is hard to find in UK). The ginger means it takes it towards a planters' punch. I love both, so great!. Make double strength tea with this, allow to cool and add rum with a dash of lime and lots of ice -delicious! Add a dash of lemon to the hot tea for a warm refreshing drink. Cold sorrel & ginger tea with lime (ie. punch without the rum) is also refreshing and you can add demerara sugar or sweetner to taste. Enjoy!
