I’ve been using this chair for over a week, averaging 8+ hours a day, and it’s held up really well. The cushioning stays supportive and comfortable throughout the day without flattening under my weight. It’s incredibly comfortable—even my sweet little cat loves to curl up on it for a nap whenever I step away from my desk. Assembly was quick and straightforward, and the instructions were easy to follow. Overall, I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.

Okay, when I bought this chair, it hadn't dawned on me that it was SMALLER than my husband's office chair... I'd figured that I was doomed to basically be swimming in my new office chair. It's a fact. I'm short, 5'. Most say I'm "fun-sized". Imagine my surprise when after finishing up assembling this cute chair, that it's perfectly sized to me!!! OMG!!! Total love!!! I almost feel like a normal person using this chair. Yay! Though, oddly enough, even at it's lowest setting, my heels dont touch the floor. Alas, such is the fate of the tiny people. So far, I'm really pleased with my purchase. Like, insanely pleased. If you are on the small side, this chair will support you beautifully. The pink color is lovely. It's almost a soft bubble-gum color. This is what I feel the quintessential pink color should be. When buying pink items, nine times out of ten, THIS is the exact shade of pink that I'm looking for. Not too bright, not too muted. The chair is easy to assemble. Just remember to only tighten the arm screws AFTER attaching the back, otherwise things dont line up. I had to go back and loosen, attatch, then retighten everything. The wheels might be a little too responsive? My floors are uneven as all heck, so I have to be careful not to accidentally list off into a wall. Hahaha. Only downside? Might be the bright red stitching in the N-GEN logo. It's not much, but that little bar over the E is a bit jarring when everything else is light colors, and that bright bold red is there. Has anyone else noticed that their logo looks like a 45rpm vinyl record adapter? Seriously. But yeah. Great chair.

EDIT: I will leave my original review below for transparency. Despite the issues I had with the chair, the support team reached out to me personally to send me replacement parts for the part of the chair that broke. The parts came in very quickly and fixed the issue I had with the chair. For $90 I have few if any complaints other than the initial issue I had with the tension adjustment malfunctioning. It is comfortable especially for the price point and visually sharp. I would recommend this chair confidently, as the company seems willing to rectify problems that may exist and seem to do their due diligence. Single star removed due to having to deal with a broken part. It happens, but a low quality initial experience coupled with a great follow through and customer service equal out here in my head. Thanks for coming to my ted talk lmao ------------------------ I am not a chair snob. I understand some people have pretty unrealistic expectations on chairs and turn their nose at anything that costs less than $1,500 I just wanted something casual to use while recording guitar and gaming as my old one has arms and a slight tilt. This is easy to put together and looks sharp. It rolls well and is relatively comfortable. However the back support essentially broke within a single month of use, and now fully leans back on its own without offering me much support at all in the rocking function. It makes getting into then "locked in" position essentially impossible as it always wants to roll back as far as possible. Unfortunate. It does look nice but the function does not necessarily follow. Your mileage may vary Edit: For frame of reference I am 190 lbs, which is a weight that should not be an issue I believe

Just WOW, this company REALLY cares about its customers. I was NOT happy with this chair as it only lasted about 4 months before the pieces connecting it snapped, but they really came through for me. I emailed the company about my issue and within 48 hours they addressed my problem AND sent me a new backrest, both armrests and the entire bolt kit for absolutely no charge to me at all! They were very friendly and professional in every email they sent to me and I couldn't be happier with how I was treated. The chair is honestly great and comfortable for the price and I was sad that it broke on me, but knowing that this company will take care of me if I ever need it really puts me at ease for the future. I got this chair to replace my current gaming chair that I also use for working remotely. I spend most of my day glued to my desk in my chair, so it was important that I got a comfortable chair that'll last me a while. My last chair didn't have the best seat so I definitely needed an upgrade. I've used this chair and I can immediately tell the difference in how comfortable it is. Here are some details: ASSEMBLY: Super quick and simple, great quality hardware and feels sturdy right off the bat. The tools inclued in are also great quality for the price. Less than 20 minutes. MATERIALS: One thing I noticed was how nice the faux leather is. It's not the type to crumble and peel. It's soft, not too shiny, thick, and feels really nice to sit with shorts on (!!!). Doesn't collect sweat. Pretty important during the Summer. COMFORT: It's got a nice thick seat and it's actually got pretty decent back support that I wasn't expecting. It kept me upright for most of my work day and felt way better after almost a 13 hour day too. Really loving it so far. The seat itself actually supports you too with how it's shaped. WHEELS: An important part to people with carpets (me). It rolls well and doesn't have a mind of it's own. Not flimsy. The base is also made out of metal which was an upgrade for me as well. DESIGN: It looks great too. The seat is bigger than I thought and decently high back too. With it being spacious for me, it still doesn't have any extra bulk which is nice. The addition of the nice textured leather on the all black chair is also great aesthetics. 10/10 recommended. It's a GREAT value for what you get at this price point.

The chair is quite comfortable to sit in, especially brand new. Even now, it's still fairly comfortable, despite the tilt. Ah, the tilt. In the product specifications, it lists a maximum recommended weight of 250lbs. When I bought the chair, I weighed 220lbs, and have only gotten lighter. Add 5lbs for the cat the perpetually sits in my lap, and I'm still less than max rec. I do -not- have a work from home job. 5 days of the week, I spend at most 3 hours a day in the chair. The other 2 days, up to about 10 hours. I am a gamer. Having bought the chair in October of 2023, I would have hoped to get more life out of it. The arms I understand. It's a material that just can't keep up with regular abuse. Quite proud of the legs. Prolly the sturdiest legs I've seen on a chair that's less than $200. But the mounting bracket of all things is what breaks on me. That's a first. I can't remember if this thing has a warranty, but I'll ask about it. Overall, it's a comfortable chair with a good, simple aesthetic. Back support was good before it started breaking on me. Now, I have a bit of material that digs in if I don't sit a specific way. Unfortunately for my back, I'm too cheap to buy a new chair until this one splits in two. Other than that, tilt and tension adjustments don't work anymore, but that could be because of the torn mounting bracket. Assembly was fairly easy, but the arms were a bit of a pain to line up properly. All in all, decent buy, but I'd say don't expect more than a year out of it with moderate to heavy use, which I'd say is pretty poor for a furniture item. A gamer chair should be able to live a good life under a gamer's abuse. When this one does fully break, I'll be looking at a different brand.
