Use this suitcase for the 1st time to go to Italy, purchased the case on the 9th July 2024.Once I reached Italy The handle was faulty and would not go up or down. With a lot of force and pressure I managed to get the handle down. It is once again stuck and has made my trip harder to move my case around with ease.If a replacement case can be sent or a refund for a unsatisfied customer.Please reply.Thank you

All seems to be of good quality, especially the small travel bags. Haven’t taken the case on a trip yet but it looks like it should do the job. For the price I’m very happy.

They are beautiful, lightweight and the wheels turn so easy. They will acomódate a large amount of clothing and items. The bags are amazing, great price, I love them.
