Question 1

This product is listed on Amazon as a Cyanoacrylate Adhesive. Is this a cyanoacrylate adhesive? The product I received seemed like an epoxy adhesive.

It's not cyanoacrylate - that's super glue or nail glue, that fuses skin and everything else and usually is single use, because it also fuses the cap.  This is also not epoxy, which is 2 part.  The writing on the tube is microscopic, and clearly not written by an English speaker, but here's what I know from using it.
     It is like rubber cement on steroids.  I have used it for jewelry, but for this answer I will bring up it's use for fixing a leather (suede, actually) piece for a ren faire.  It doesn't set instantly, like super glue, and when it dries, it is flexible.  Again, I used it on a suede baldric to secure a thong (stitching) that had come loose.  Flawless, flexible and invisible.  This stuff is amazing.  I looked it up, and (with a lot of work, and depending on the porosity of the items glued) it can be removed, but I would be very careful not to glue what you don't want joined forever.  It also does NOT seal itself in it's tube after the first use, never to be used again.   I love E-6000 for jewelry, but even a large tube is one and done - you can't use it again unless you invest in disposable tips.  I think this may be my new favorite permanent glue.
     But to answer your question, I really don't know what the heck it is.  I just know it works for me, and it doesn't take my skin off if it touches my skin.

Would this be ok for Jewellery? I do kumihimo as well so would it be ok for the cords too?

Yes.  I have used it on jewelry and suede, so I believe it would work on cord as well.  This is my new favorite craft glue.
