Unfortunately, my experience with this product has been far from pleasant. What I expected to be a soothing and relaxing massage turned out to be a rather shocking (literally) experience.Safety is a significant concern here. The sensation it gives is not just uncomfortable but also concerning, as it leaves me worried about potential risks or harm that such an electric-like feeling could pose.

The massager is so good it save money from physiotherapist usually they charged 500 to 700 and give allmost same therapy. We can use it while we are doing our work too I love it gonna ordered again in combo.

PROS:The only +ve point is that when it worked, the effect was felt nicely on the neck.CONS:1) It stopped working within 2 weeks.2) Sticky gel is waste. Does not stick at all and hence someone has to hold it for you3) And while using this device, as it does not hold onto your neck (or any other part) you will have to make someone hold it and doing so kills the effects of multiple massages....Overall I do not recommend this product at all. I wasted my money and it stopped working right after the warranty period.

This product is waste of money, it works by giving electrical impulses rather than by physical motion, in effect you are subjecting urself to shock.It causes lot of pain than comfort .In short not recommended

Performance is very good, also battery life is long Best pain relief and comfortable product for all time
