Terrible ❌❌

I opened the item as soon as I got it and found out that the brush was damaged so I decided to try it after 5 sec a bad smell (burning) was going out from the brushed and it suddenly stopped working, I am returning the item immediately

It’s with work and it damages my hair a lot

Bad quality product and had to organise my own return which after attempted deliveries was sent back to me - aramaex tried to delivery multiple times to the address that was shared but no repsonse. Horrible experience and no one to get in touch with.

I ordered for this product because in the display pictures it has a safety bag for the product but on the deliver , i was disappointed not to have received the bag together with the product.And the product name is no where indicated onto the product not even to talk of the package box.I don't know why i feel like i received something else or was deceived

ما حبيت عشان الكيرلي ما يسحب هو المفروض يسحب الهوا لكن العكس هو يطلع الهوا
