Ginger not for me
Typically, I buy the turmeric option, but my local grocery didn't have them. So, I instead bought the ginger probiotic one. Oof, my stomach has been in knots with weird perspiration the past two days after drinking that particular tea.I'm definitely going back to my matcha turmeric one. It's smooth and gives me energy. Not sure why or what's going on in the ginger one, but it isn't for me. Overall, good tea once you find what works for you.
