There was no issue for one month, after which it started to work without pressing the button. There is no reset button or system turn-off switch, which made it continuously work for 1 hour before dying peacefully.

The product serves its purpose. However, it is made with extremely cheap components. Stopped operating in 2 months.I bought another one and it also died in 2 months.

The pump started automatically and water started spilling out and even you press the button it would not stop. Had to detach from the bottle and the motor was on and running till all the charge went off. and while recharging to check may be a malfunction. No.... it started by itself agin (without the bottle ofcorz).

This product works like a ghost 👻, automatically starts anytime and drain all the drinking water.

The product charge is very less not what is writen on box and stopped working in 18 days from purchase waste of money and no warranty also 😑

The build of the product is very flimsy and not good quality. Also the product makes very loud and stange noise when operated. In the night the noise wakes everybody up.
