They gave me an extra 6 cans instead if padding!
Not only is this my favorite sardine for flavor, but instead of putting the obligatory padding to prevent shifting around in the box, they actuall added six extra cans as spacing. Worked perfectly, and most importantly, created brand loyalty from me. I may even subscribe now, for this popular sardine diet is the only thing that has worked on my visceral fat and love handles. I'm back to my highschool weight.

Bone-in with skin is perfect
Tasty and satisfying without being overwhelming. The option of no bones and no skin was too dry and not as enjoyable as the Bone-in with skin.

Taste adequately
Taste adequately. The good thing about this is that it does not taste so great that you eat more than you should. The price is right. The cans are a little stiff to open but you get what you pay for. It's not good when the sardines taste so good that you can't stop eating them if you are on a diet.

Love this sardines. The size is great skinless quality of the oil is amazing and rich. Worth the money and quick and easy lunch.

These sardines are very tasty. There are about 8 per the can that I tried. They aren't too salty.

Good taste
These are the best tasting sardines I’ve tried, nicely seasoned and nice texture. I took off a star because I’ve run across a couple of cans that had large pieces of fish scales or some other kind of inedible debris along with the fish. Not pleasant to bite into or try to swallow. However, not all cans were like this and the flavor of the sardines is excellent. Also somewhat pricey compared to other brands. I’d consider buying these again.

The sardines are boneless and skinless and easy to use.I have them with slim noodles and spinach.
