MAXSTRENGTH Max Strength ¨ Leg Stretcher 3 Bar Martial Arts Training Stretching Heavy Duty Machine

I was sceptical about this product, but after trying it out I'm impressed with simplicity, price and effectiveness of it. Greading for black belt soon, I normally train 2 times a week but I'm nowhere near the split, so decided to stretch twice a day for the next 2 months and get this leg stretcher. I've noticed improvement on the very first exercise! Whole inch straight away! Warm up first, use the stretcher and perform light warming up exercise again afterwards to prevent from stiffness or pain. It does lifts itself up, but for the construction, price I can't complain - it's just a matter how you pull it. Using it on a carpet, haven't tried on hardwood floor yet. One of the best buys from Amazon for me.

N'est pas adapté à toutes les tailles. N'est pas idéal pour les personnes qui ne sont pas assez souples et qui ont des jambes courtes. Il n'y a que la barre du milieu qui peut être réglée.

This is a cheaply made product. My order was delivered with a split in the foam covering one of the handles. Also, one of the pins didn't engage properly due to poorly drilled holes in the plastic central bracket. Maxstrength sent me a replacement on which the plastic central bracket is also poorly constructed (I will probably replace it with a piece of metal channel). It's also worth noting that the adjustment pin is different and extends through the bracket and could damage the surface on which it's used - beware! Maxstrength were initially difficult to deal with on email. At first they failed to understand my complaint despite me sending photos. Fortunately they became more professional the more I persisted. Wouldn't recommend and won't use again.
