Instant Chajangmyun Noodles, 140 g, Pack of 20

One of my main long time cupboard fillers. Great quality and taste. It's not spicy at all and has a pleasant, light flavour. It actually tastes slightly sweet which I like. Quick and easy to prepare. I sometimes cook the noodles a little longer if I want them more soft and puffed up but it always comes out great regardless. Be very careful not to overdo it though, or they might get stuck to your pot.

Delicious, thick, chewy noodles. Love the texture and the black bean flavouring is great, really tasty, although I do tend to add a little more of the cooking water than recommended because I like my noodles quite 'saucy'. Really easy to make up for lunch or to bulk up with other ingredients into a main meal. I tend to add some cooked peppers and other veg into them, plus a little chilli oil. They're moreish and such good value for money.

Never tried these before, and the price is reasonable at a little over £1 a packet. Gram for gram they're not as cheap as the Indomie noodles I buy though. The flavour is more like a nicely browned fried onion flavour than black bean. They are nice thick chewy noodles also. I wasn't sure if I liked them at first, but the flavour grows on you and by the end I was wanting more. I had them on their own, but I feel like a couple of nice fried eggs, crispy at the edges would go really well with these. I would definitely buy again.

noodles are chewy ,creamy and chold their texture nicely . flavor rich, slightly sweet, and savory with a deep umami taste. It’s not spicy, which is a nice change if you want something milder but still satisfying. The sauce has a thick consistency and coats the noodles really well. The best combo I like is to mix them with another super spicy type of noodles . it balances the rich, tick flavor with a nice kick of heat.
