Installment guys were very fast and accurate and polite. The washing machine really amazing, with high securely system I didn’t believe most of the comments that said it has a loud voice during washing and drying, I preferred to try myself, and the voice is tolerable.

This washing machine has been a terrible experience from day one. The product quality is extremely poor, and it stopped functioning properly far sooner than expected. What makes it worse is the complete lack of after-sales customer support. No one responds, and there’s no help when you need it. I strongly regret this purchase and would not recommend this machine to anyone.

Im using it for a week now looking good, quite and easy to use. Need to be careful while installing it. It's vibrating as hight needs to be adjusted which is very difficult.

Remove the screws otherwise it will shake like craaazzyy

I was expecting my unit to be delivered in 3 days and to my surprise they were able to deliver it a day after I ordered. The machine arrived in good condition and now doing my 1st batch of laundry. No issues so far. Thank you for a quality service.

This machine is nice overall, I can't complaint about the looks and user friendliness of it. I would be a bit supporter if only it weren't that loud. On the normal cycle it's making some noise but nothing too annoying you can still have a conversation. But when you go up the spin speed and go for 1200 spins, it's like a plane taking off. For the first time in my life I could not hear my own voice ! It was a bit scary I even thought some was wrong so I went to check on it but nothing special was going on except the machine just doing its job. It does not move though, just loud. If you go on a long cycle that's more than the 15mntes quick cycle, you'll feel like you're in some sort of personalized loud hell w that 1200 spin. Overall, it does the job but is loud about it.

This washing machine is of poor quality and the customer service is unresponsive. It won't work for more than a year. Please be careful and do not buy from them.

La uso da 4-5 mesi e sono molto soddisfatta. Adoro il programma da 15 minuti che mi permette di avere tutto pulito senza sprecare acqua ed energia. Anche perché non lavoro in miniera e non ho bisogno di lavaggi ad alte temperature. Il cestello è capiente, io ero abituata agli 11kg, ma questo è comunque adatto anche per le trapunte matrimoniali (ovviamente dipende dalla dimensione dell’imbottitura). La cosa un po’ più scomoda è la dimensione dello sportello. Per la capienza sarebbe stato meglio averla qualche centimetro più ampia. Pensavo fosse questione di abitudine, ma anche dopo quattro mesi noto questa caratteristica. Ottima la centrifuga, silenziosa ed efficiente anche a giri medi. Altro programma che amo è quello della lana. Cashmere e merinos senza problemi (io li lavo a 20 gradi).

Abbastanza silenziosa, le vibrazioni sono poche e quindi dà la possibilità di lasciare oggetti sopra senza ritrovarli nelle stanze adiacenti. Lava molto bene e non rende i vestiti stropicciato più di tanto. Inoltre molto bella esteticamente. Ho provato la consegna con installazione e ritiro del vecchio a 15 euro. Tutto a posto ma si sono rifiutati di prendermi il vecchio perché non sapevo di dover svuotare il filtro che al suo interno aveva ben 0,5L di acqua. Bene ma non benissimo, me l'hanno portata comunque giù e mi hanno fatto contattare l'assistenza che mi ha fatto richiedere il ritiro a terzi, peccato che mi abbiano contattato 10 giorni dopo la richiesta quindi l'avevo già smaltita io.

La verdad no me esperaba que fuera tan buena ya que el precio es bastante bajo comparada a otras marcas.
